When Calls the Heart Season 10 Episode 5 Review: Life Is But A Dream

Life is filled with second chances and new starts, and no matter how settled you might be in your world, something is always coming your way to upend it.

On When Calls the Heart Season 10 Episode 5, Rosemary and Lee realize that having a child of their own is entirely different than caring for someone else’s little one. Nathan realizes that parenting a teenager is much different than parenting a little girl.

Family Camping Trip - When Calls the Heart Season 10 Episode 5

Things have been going great for Nathan and Allie. It still makes me smile to hear her call him dad. Their relationship is so special.

But that doesn’t mean that they won’t face challenges as she grows up.

Nathan’s initial reaction to his changing relationship with his daughter is to hide. He can’t pretend things aren’t changing but has no idea how to address it.

Given his reticence with Allie, it was funny that Nathan planned a father-daughter camping trip with just the two of them. He was panicking even at the thought of being all alone with her in the woods.

Allie doesn’t have the same sense of things, but asking if Angela could join them opened the door for Angela and Joseph to run interference if things got uncomfortable.

Does anyone know why Allie and Nathan wanted Elizabeth to permit Angela to go with them? It was really up to Joseph and Minnie, so that seemed odd to me.

NRL star Nathan Cleary new home from dad and coach Ivan Cleary

NRL superstar Nathan Cleary has bought his childhood riverside home from a surprise seller – his father and his Penrith Panthers coach Ivan.

The close bond between the father-son NRL premiership winning duo has started a new chapter following the transfer of the 4-bedroom home on the Nepean River.

According to property records, the 892 sqm property traded hands via an internal family transfer for $1.7m.

Ivan Cleary bought the Western Sydney home in 2013 for $1.175m during his first stint as Penrith coach, when Nathan was still in his teens.

Cleary had spotted lending a hand during the Nepean floods of 2022, when Hawkesbury experienced its worst flooding conditions in 44 years with a water height of almost 14m.

The contemporary home sits in a relaxed, leafy setting with both indoor and outdoor entertaining areas, with floor to ceiling windows allowing in plenty of natural light.

The home is conveniently located close to the Panthers home ground of BlueBet Stadium and not far from where Nathan Cleary’s two-time premiership winning halves partner Jerome Luai bought his first home recently.

With five bedrooms, the two-storey trophy home has plenty of space for Luai, his partner, Bailey Paris Toleafoa, and their three children.

The master bedroom, on the second level, has a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite.

Its rear alfresco terrace overlooks the 645sq m gardens.

The 2010-built home sold just above its $1,495,000 to $1.55m guidance from Jim Aitken & Partners agents David Reeves and Andrew Lia.

It last traded for $1.2m in 2019.
