A DIY fan has revealed how she transformed her dull staircase with inexpensive buys from Amazon.
Jade Doutch, from the UK, took to Instagram to share the affordable home transformation, which saw her use adhesive mirrors she had nabbed online.

According to Jade, who regularly shares DIY content on the platform, she had wanted to have a huge mirror on the staircase wall for some time.
However, there was an issue – the house was old and she didn’t think the wall would be sturdy enough to hold the weight.
”An old trick but I really didn’t trust this wall with the weight of a huge mirror.
”These old stone houses can be temperamental when it comes to the walls. So I played it safe with stick on mirrors,” she explained in her video.
”I knew this space needed a mirror to help reflect light from this one window, it’s north facing so really needs all the help of can get.”
Instead of forking out for a massive mirror, the crafty woman decided to purchase a couple of 28cmx35cm adhesive mirrors from Amazon.
